\r\n TERMS OF SERVICE\r\n <\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using Algo\u2019s services.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/header>\r\n\r\n

1. Acceptance of Terms<\/h3>\r\n

By accessing, subscribing to, or using Algo\u2019s services and website (www.Algo0.com), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d).<\/p>\r\n

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.<\/p>\r\n

Your continued use constitutes binding acceptance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

2. Nature of the Platform (Technology Service Only)<\/h3>\r\n

Algo operates strictly as a technology-based subscription platform providing:<\/p>\r\n

  • Access to its own executed portfolio trade activity<\/li>\r\n
  • Digital notification delivery infrastructure<\/li>\r\n
  • Optional third-party technical mirroring connectivity<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

    Algo does not provide:<\/p>\r\n

      \r\n
    • Investment advice<\/li>\r\n
    • Financial advisory services<\/li>\r\n
    • Portfolio management<\/li>\r\n
    • Brokerage execution<\/li>\r\n
    • Custody services<\/li>\r\n
    • Discretionary trading authority<\/li>\r\n
    • Personalized recommendations<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

      Algo is a technology infrastructure provider only.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

      3. Independent Decision-Making & Non-Reliance<\/h3>\r\n

      You acknowledge and agree that:<\/p>\r\n

      • You are making independent trading decisions<\/li>\r\n
      • You are not relying on Algo for financial advice<\/li>\r\n
      • No fiduciary relationship exists<\/li>\r\n
      • Algo does not assess your suitability<\/li>\r\n
      • Algo does not provide individualized guidance<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

        You explicitly waive any claim based on reliance upon information provided.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

        4. Sophisticated User Representation<\/h3>\r\n

        By subscribing, you represent that:<\/p>\r\n

          \r\n
        • You understand financial market risks<\/li>\r\n
        • You are capable of evaluating trading risks<\/li>\r\n
        • You assume full responsibility for your actions<\/li>\r\n
        • You understand past performance is not predictive<\/li>\r\n
        • Algo makes no representation of profitability.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

          5. Automated Mirroring Disclaimer<\/h3>\r\n

          Where available, automated trade mirroring is:<\/p>\r\n

            \r\n
          • Executed through independent third-party infrastructure<\/li>\r\n
          • Dependent on broker compatibility<\/li>\r\n
          • Subject to latency, slippage, pricing differences<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

            Algo:<\/p>\r\n

              \r\n
            • Does not guarantee execution timing<\/li>\r\n
            • Does not guarantee price equivalency<\/li>\r\n
            • Does not guarantee identical performance<\/li>\r\n
            • Is not responsible for execution discrepancies<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

              All technical replication risk is borne by the subscriber.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

              6. No Account Access or Control<\/h3>\r\n

              Algo does not:<\/p>\r\n

                \r\n
              • Access your brokerage account<\/li>\r\n
              • Hold your funds<\/li>\r\n
              • Manage your capital<\/li>\r\n
              • Initiate trades in your account<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                Any automation occurs solely under your authorization and remains under your control.<\/p>\r\n

                You may disable technical mirroring at any time.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                7. Regulatory Position<\/h3>\r\n

                Algo operates as a technology service provider.<\/p>\r\n

                Algo does not:<\/p>\r\n

                  \r\n
                • Act as an investment advisor<\/li>\r\n
                • Act as a broker-dealer<\/li>\r\n
                • Solicit securities transactions<\/li>\r\n
                • Offer securities<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                  Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with laws in their jurisdiction.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                  8. Intellectual Property & Anti-Circumvention<\/h3>\r\n

                  All content, portfolio activity data, execution information, notification structures, system architecture, design, branding, trade sequencing, data formatting, and delivery mechanisms are proprietary intellectual property of Algo.<\/p>\r\n

                  You may not:<\/p>\r\n

                    \r\n
                  • Republish trade activity<\/li>\r\n
                  • Redistribute notifications<\/li>\r\n
                  • Resell access<\/li>\r\n
                  • Reverse engineer the service<\/li>\r\n
                  • Create derivative products<\/li>\r\n
                  • Offer copy-trade services using Algo data<\/li>\r\n
                  • Broadcast trade activity publicly<\/li>\r\n
                  • Share login credentials<\/li>\r\n
                  • Circumvent subscription controls<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                    Commercial use or redistribution requires prior written, signed authorization from Algo.<\/p>\r\n

                    Violation may result in:<\/p>\r\n

                      \r\n
                    • Immediate termination<\/li>\r\n
                    • Permanent account suspension<\/li>\r\n
                    • Legal action<\/li>\r\n
                    • Injunctive relief<\/li>\r\n
                    • Claims for damages<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n \r\n

                      9. Content Protection and Non-Distribution<\/h3>\r\n

                      All trade signals, alerts, data, and any technical content provided through Algo Portfolios Trades are the exclusive intellectual property of Algo Computer Systems Trading L.L.C and are made available strictly for the subscriber\u2019s personal use.<\/p>\r\n

                      Any copying, redistribution, sharing, reselling, or transfer of such content to third parties, directly or indirectly, through any medium or platform, is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\r\n

                      In the event of any violation, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the subscription without refund and to take any legal action deemed necessary under applicable laws.<\/p>\r\n

                      The subscriber acknowledges that use of the service is at their own discretion and responsibility, and any misuse or breach of these terms may result in permanent termination of access.<\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n

                      10. Indemnification<\/h3>\r\n

                      You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algo, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:<\/p>\r\n

                      • Your trading decisions<\/li>\r\n
                      • Your misuse of the platform<\/li>\r\n
                      • Your violation of these Terms<\/li>\r\n
                      • Your violation of applicable laws<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

                        11. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\r\n

                        To the fullest extent permitted by law:<\/p>\r\n

                        Algo shall not be liable for:<\/p>\r\n

                          \r\n
                        • Trading losses<\/li>\r\n
                        • Lost profits<\/li>\r\n
                        • Indirect damages<\/li>\r\n
                        • Consequential damages<\/li>\r\n
                        • Technology interruptions<\/li>\r\n
                        • Broker failures<\/li>\r\n
                        • Market volatility<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                          Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Algo in the preceding three (3) months.<\/p>\r\n

                          Services are provided \u201cas is\u201d without warranties of any kind.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                          12. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\r\n

                          Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.<\/p>\r\n

                          You waive the right to:<\/p>\r\n

                            \r\n
                          • Trial by jury<\/li>\r\n
                          • Participation in class actions<\/li>\r\n
                          • Collective proceedings<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                            Arbitration shall be conducted in the jurisdiction determined by Algo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                            13. Class Action Waiver<\/h3>\r\n

                            You agree that disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis only.<\/p>\r\n

                            You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                            14. Termination<\/h3>\r\n

                            Algo may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion if:<\/p>\r\n

                              \r\n
                            • Terms are violated<\/li>\r\n
                            • Intellectual property is misused<\/li>\r\n
                            • Service integrity is threatened<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                              Termination does not limit Algo\u2019s right to pursue legal remedies.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                              15. Force Majeure<\/h3>\r\n

                              Algo shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from:<\/p>\r\n

                                \r\n
                              • Market disruptions<\/li>\r\n
                              • Government actions<\/li>\r\n
                              • Regulatory changes<\/li>\r\n
                              • Internet outages<\/li>\r\n
                              • Third-party failures<\/li>\r\n \r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

                                16. Data Usage & Monitoring<\/h3>\r\n

                                Algo reserves the right to:<\/p>\r\n

                                  \r\n
                                • Monitor system integrity<\/li>\r\n
                                • Detect abuse<\/li>\r\n
                                • Prevent unauthorized redistribution<\/li>\r\n
                                • Enforce subscription controls<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n

                                  Use of the platform implies consent to reasonable monitoring for security purposes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                                  17. Electronic Acceptance<\/h3>\r\n

                                  Your subscription and continued use constitute electronic agreement to these Terms.<\/p>\r\n

                                  No physical signature is required.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

                                  18. Survival<\/h3>\r\n

                                  The following provisions survive termination:<\/p>\r\n

                                  • Intellectual property<\/li>\r\n
                                  • Limitation of liability<\/li>\r\n
                                  • Indemnification<\/li>\r\n
                                  • Arbitration<\/li>\r\n
                                  • Anti-redistribution<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n

                                    19. Governing Law<\/h3>\r\n
